Network Security Engineer (IT) (JB997)
Johannesburg North
R18 000 – R22 000 CTC per Month
Global IT/ Cyber Security entity requires the expertise of a qualified and experienced Network Security Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, and resolve Cybersecurity alerts
Vulnerability remediation and systems management
Cyber security awareness, implementation and management thereof
Liaise with technical experts as well as internal and external stakeholders to keep abreast of all cyber security related issues for the purpose of knowledge sharing to develop solutions efficiently
Assist in the implementation of processes related to security monitoring and reporting thereon
Requirements:
Relevant IT Degree or National Diploma
2 years + experience in IT (Network security related)
Knowledge and experience of:
Network Security tools including:
Email Security
Endpoint Security SOC Services
Vulnerability Management
SOAR and or SEIM technologies
