Overview
Our client specializes in plastic part design, manufacturing, and distribution. They are seeking an External Sales Development Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for seeking clients and potential customers, promoting the organization's products and services, and assisting in generating business revenue. They should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation and selling skills, and the ability to understand and meet clients' needs.
 
Minimum Requirements:
Matric certificate is essential.
3-year National Diploma in a sales or marketing-related field.
3 years of experience in a sales or marketing-related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and selling skills.
Excellent people skills and intuitive to clients' needs.
Excellent presentation skills.
Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis, identify sales growth opportunities, and actively pursue them to sell company products.
Investigate existing products and compare them with competitors, understanding the products' competitive advantages.
Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty and assist in implementing them.
Scrutinize the market to understand clients' needs and identify promising avenues that have not been explored.
Create compelling sales pitches and successfully close sales agreements.
Engage with clients to generate future sales growth opportunities and build long-term relationships.
Assist customers with purchasing decisions, explaining product benefits, providing product information, and conducting technical demonstrations.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's brand and values.
Work both onsite and offsite, directly engaging with customers on a daily basis.
