We are seeking an Account Manager with experience in loyalty/rewards programmes, client management, and project coordination. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Requirements:
Grade 12
3+ years in account management, client services, or project coordination
Loyalty/rewards experience (non-negotiable)
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
Strong client-facing, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships
Coordinate loyalty campaigns/projects
Track timelines, deliverables, reporting
Handle client communication
Work with suppliers
Prepare presentations and reports
