eCommerce Manager (JB3694)
Fully remote (Must reside in South Africa)
$3 000 - $3 500 CTC per month

A dynamic startup seeks an E-commerce Manager passionate about digital innovation. They offer innovative shoe-cleaning products and aim to expand globally. In this role, you'll lead the online sales strategy.

Minimum Requirements:
Completed eCommerce-related tertiary qualification/ certification.
6 or more years of experience as an eCommerce Manager.
Prior experience working in or managing eCommerce operations in international markets demonstrates the ability to navigate global complexities.
Extensive Shopify and Amazon experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Build an eCommerce strategy focusing on driving new revenue streams for the business.
Ensuring the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organisation’s standards.
Monitoring and analysing the performance of online activities.
Create and implement the online marketing strategy.
Use analytics tools to track online marketing trends.
Collaborate with content developers and web designers to create and maintain a rich and engaging online experience.
Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing and reporting.
