Job Description

Position: Kitchen Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing work surfaces, and taking out trash
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and team members
- Stock and rotate ingredients and supplies to maintain freshness and minimize waste
- Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Uphold high levels of customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance
- Other duties as assigned by kitchen manager or supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
