Ensure compliance with Health and Healthy processes and processes
Wash, peel, chop, portion, blend, juice and packing produce.
Weigh ingredients accurately following recipes or SOPs
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Label and package products as per production requirements
Keep kitchen and workstations clean at all times
Complete cleaning checklists, temperature logs, and wastage records
Report any issues with quality or equipment
Assist with general production support when needed
Responsible for ensuring daily targets are met.
Requirements
At least 1 year kitchen and/or factory experience is required
Must not have been part of YES4YOUTH program before
Must have the ability to work in teams
Good attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
