Established Restaurant in Bedfordview is looking for a Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager. Looking for individuals with 6+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation.
Main duties will be stock management, variances, and stock reporting. Applicants must be skilled in staff management and able to lead a kitchen brigade. The suitable candidate will have experience in food cost, hygiene, and kitchen administration. This is primarily a management role with some cooking responsibilities.
Chefs with management experience will be considered. Salary R 14 - 18 K net. Quote Reference RA55 when applying.
