You will be responsible for preparing and grilling menu items, assisting in daily kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and grill menu items according to Brew Lounge standards.
Prepare
fresh pizza dough
from scratch daily (mixing, proofing, portioning, etc.).
Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Assist with stock rotation, prep work, and daily kitchen duties.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience
(minimum 1-2 years).
Proven experience in pizza dough making.
