Head Chef Required for Retail outlet in Durbanville.
Must have the following:-
- At least 3 years Cooking experience
- Experience in Salads/Takeaways/Desserts
- Friendly personality
- have Sober habits
- Reliable and trustworthy transport
- Contactable references
- Must be able to work shifts and over weekends
- Must reside in Durbanville Central or in a 5km radius
- Must be fit enough to operate machinery and move heavy stock around
- Excellent communication skills are required
Position requires a vibrant and energetic candidate who can keep up with a high demand environment and be able to liaise with customers and work well in a group or alone. Must understand the tasks of stocktakes and the importance of them, hygiene and the protocols that follow, be a good leader with good morals and understanding of business principles. Checking in of stock at receiving, ability to multitask and adapt to the pressures of the department, be trustworthy and honest.
