The Way Recovery Rehabilitation Centre, situated in Garsfontein (Pretoria East), is seeking a
Kitchen Manager/Cook
to join our team.Requirements:
Proven experience in
kitchen management
andmeal preparation
Strong ability to manage abusy kitchen operation
Skilled instock control
,food cost management
, andkitchen hygiene
Experience instaff supervision
(housekeeping and kitchen staff) Competence in basicadministration
and record keeping Hands-on management style with the ability tomulti-task
andwork under pressure
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
(non-negotiable)Available to start immediately
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations Prepare and cook nutritious meals Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pantry Manage stock levels and place orders as needed Supervise and support housekeeping staff
Salary:
