Principal Accountabilities
1. To Manage Accounts in order to ensure that SAAT derives maximum benefit
a) Prepare proposals and contractual agreements and ensure that these are fully adhered to
b) Ensure that all income is efficiently recorded and provide analysis using the organisational database
c) Raise awareness of the SAAT's work and the urgent need for revenue generation to stakeholders
d) Ensure each account meets its set income targets
e) Consistently deliver the right product at the right time
2. Expand Services to grow business
a) Identify other areas of revenue generation
b) Develop unique ways to introduce new services, to grow the business with the customer and provide solutions to management
c) Capture the customer for SAAT
d) Maximise opportunities which help SAAT achieve its core objectives
3. Support the customer to ensure lasting and positive relationships
4. Customer Interface
a) Work closely with Head of Sales & Marketing, Partnerships Team, Stakeholders and across SAAT Group to inform, promote and deliver SAAT Partnerships Strategy
b) Regularly liaise with all customers, build and develop relationships
c) Effectively solve complaints, queries and problems and manage risk to ensure achievement of targets
d) Attend SAAT group meetings, seminars, working groups, provide reports and analysis as required
e) Keep up to date with developments in the Aviation Sector e.g. news and competitive activity
5. Cost and budget management
a) Plan, deliver and monitor budget within area of control
b) Ensure that every spending delivers a solid return on investment and is spent in a way that builds the long term sustainability of the SAAT brand.
6. Staff management
a) Manage all HR related matters pertaining to staff including, inter alia, recruitment, development of KPI's, performance management, training and development and labour relation actions; and ensure compliance with all relevant HR and SAAT policies procedure

Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 or equivalent
Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. (preferably with Engineering, Finance/Economics or Sales & Marketing focus) or 10 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience.
5 years exceptional experience in managing multi-functional projects with a particular focus on Sales and Marketing in an industrial environment
