Job Description
Responsibilities
Customer retention
- Listening to customer concerns and providing information, answers, or responses.
- Resolve and respond quickly to customer complaints about service or products.
- Provide pro-active customer service by communicating upgrades.
- Touch base with clients when tickets are logged to understand the issue before AC meets with client.
Point of contact in sales office for new and existing customers.
Respond to incoming calls in the sales office when ACxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s are out in the field.
Handling administrative tasks in CRM.
- Discrepancies on agreement vs survey / service
- Consumable amendments
- Sell downs of agreements
- Ensure data is correct in customer profile and updated by credit controller in CACI.
Back up for sales team when AC goes on leave.
Internal communication between ACxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s, services and installation teams to provide ACxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s with installation dates.
Requirements
- Grade 12, with a Diploma in Business Administration or Sales may be advantageous.
- At least 2 yearsxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99 experience in a customer support role.
- A professional telephone presence.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiar with CRM systems.
- Good data entry and typing skills.
