Job Description


The Junior Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for creating a long-term and trusting relationship with our customers. The Junior Key Accounts Managers role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Provide a high standard of customer service
  • Overseeing customer account management
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for all customer account queries or requests
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quota
  • Sales tracking and monitoring of account purchases weekly
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities
  • Give up to date information relating to all customer activities
  • Achieving sales targets set by the company
  • Assist accounts department with following up on overdue debtor payments
Qualifications and Experience
  • 3-5 years working experience in the same or similar role
  • A valid driver license
  • This role will require travelling
Skills and Personal Attributes
  • Strong people skills
  • Strong excel skills application
  • Computer literate
