Key Accounts Manager
Join our dynamic team and take the lead in managing and growing strategic relationships with key clients. If you are passionate about driving revenue, building strong partnerships, and making a real impact through strategic sales and collaboration, this is the role for you. Position:
Strategic Account Management & Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across different levels of seniority, acting as their main point of contact. Develop account plans to drive sales, growth, and upselling opportunities.

  • Business Reviews & Customer-Centric Solutions: Conduct regular business reviews to address client needs and concerns. Deliver tailored solutions and ensure high-quality customer service.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. Share client feedback to support new product and service development.
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity. Identify risks and strategic opportunities to support account growth.
Commercial Negotiations & Performance Reporting: Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to inform internal stakeholders.
Category Management & Strategic Framework: Alignment Support the development and execution of category management plans. Ensure alignment with JTI's strategic account management framework and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in general trade marketing within the FMCG sector, including a minimum of 3 years in key account management.
  • Excellent English and strong negotiation skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy.
Strong Commercial capabilities.
