About the Role:
A leading logistics company in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow relationships with strategic clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid industry knowledge, and a proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and introduce additional services.
- Ensure service delivery excellence and resolve client queries effectively.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate monthly account reports.
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and management teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- 3+ years experience as a Key Accounts Manager, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of freight, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage multiple accounts.
- Strong reporting and administrative skills.
- Valid driver's license.
