Key Accounts Manager

Our client in the Hospitality and Food Service industry is currently looking for a Key Accounts Manager, in Durban.Responsibilities:

Lead generation and prospecting.
Lead generation through referrals.
Responsible for the growth of new and current business.
Schedule and execute training at customer sites and provide regular follow up and refresher training to customers as required.
Ensure all customers are adequately always stocked.
Provide Management with weekly progress reports.
Plan and execute visits to all existing accounts in the territory on a regular basis.
Identify, communicate, and help resolve any service issues or customer complaints.
Develop close working relationship with customers.

Requirements:

Grade 12 (or equivalent) - Essential.
Relevant Bachelor's Degree/tertiary qualification or an acceptable combination of education and experience - Essential.
5 - 7 years direct work experience in a similar capacity in the same or similar industries.
3 - 5 years strategic leadership - ability to drive both short and long-term brand growth and profitability.
Experience in building and nurturing brands (highly desirable).
Drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
Excellent understanding of market and customer.
Able to travel regularly.
Business acumen and good understanding of business processes and functions.
Strong work ethic.
