Job Summary Key Duties: Monitor new implementation in retail stores. Maintaining brand integrity and product safety. Provide support to the New Product development team. Stay informed about the latest developments in food safety and hygiene and share knowledge with the team Driving new product and service opportunities out in the market alongside the sales team. Conducting on site testing and be involved in evaluation of products as required by customers. Providing technical input into a category, quality management, and supplier strategies and ensuring effective implementation. Troubleshoot customer complaints and perform route cause analyses. Uphold international standards for food manufacturing and processing. Ensure staff training (formal and on the job) for on-line employees are scheduled with the Training Officer. Education & Experience Matric Certificate. Experience in the Food and Beverage Retail sector 1-3 years prior experience in FMCG retail operations Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry standards. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Bilingual (Afrikaans and English). Drivers License is essential.
