As the Key Accounts Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in the leadership and management of engineering projects within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from inception to completion. This includes driving the development, design, and implementation of new products, as well as optimizing existing ones. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, will be essential to ensure successful project execution.

Skills & Experience:
Lead and manage engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project goals, budgets, and timelines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute project plans that align with business objectives and customer needs.
Oversee product development, including activities like concept design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing process optimization.
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of project requirements, risks, and constraints, developing effective strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within the engineering team.
Provide technical guidance and support to the design team, ensuring feasibility, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness of designs.
Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and product enhancements and drive their successful implementation.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 2 years in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or product development setting, with a focus on consumer goods.
Strong technical background with a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, enable you to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and safety standards.
