Job Description

AfriTracker Pty (Ltd) is looking for a Key Accounts Executive who will be responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with existing and potential customers in order to ensure that service level agreements (SLA's) are adhered to and that customers receive the highest quality service.

Client Management



Builds and maintains effective internal and external relationships with stakeholders to promote business continuity and drive retention and growth Manages the relationships with customers by meeting with customers regularly in order to understand their concerns and resolve queries Resolves administrative queries in order to ensure speedy resolutions and enhance customer satisfaction levels Understands customers' telematics requirements and makes recommendations for improvements and enhancements Monitors that telematics solutions are operational and functional on all customer vehicles Schedules installations, de-installations, repairs and fault-finding in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Attends to non-technical customer queries and provides resolutions in accordance with agreed SLA's Takes accountability for queries received from customers and coordinate activities with the technical team and relevant internal departments to resolve customer queries Manages and maintains updated customer profiles, data and all related information to enhance the overall customer experience Follows up on outstanding customer accounts Provides feedback to all stakeholders on the status of scheduled telematics-related work Manages relationships and communication channels with new and potential clients Manages relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure effective delivery on the projects

Administration and Reporting



Captures and accurately processes all telematics-related invoices and submits to Finance for final processing Reviews and reconciles supplier invoices and submit reconciliations for approval Compiles and submits reports on installations, costs, vehicle tracking and risks identified Collects and analyses data and statistics to identify gaps and trends, and makes recommendations for improvements Submits reports on targets achieved, changes implemented and recommended improvements Provides feedback and recommendations on identified issues and improvements Identifies and implements innovative and proactive solutions to improve processes Investigates and reports findings and recommends preventative measures to internal stakeholders Monitors and reports on the achievement of internal and external Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets Identifies customer trends e.g. recurring complaints and queries Monitors customer satisfaction feedback and levels and makes recommendations for enhancements
Experience and Education

3 years' experience in a client care / client management environment Fleet industry experience will be advantageous Certificate (NQF level 5) in Customer Care / Administration / Transport / Fleet Management Diploma (NQF level 6) in Customer Care / Administration / Transport / Fleet Management will be advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R25000,00 - R27000,00 per month
