Client Relationship Management
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess performance, understand evolving needs, and propose tailored solutions.
Sales and Revenue Growth
Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective account management.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that address client-specific needs.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Create account plans aligned with company-wide sales strategies and revenue goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify and act on new business opportunities.
Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align offerings with client expectations and drive added value.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain up-to-date records of client activity, opportunity pipelines, and communication in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Prepare and present reports on account performance, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
