Job Description
Job Summary Responsibilities:
- Generate new & additional business
- Grow the regional customer base
- Managing & analyzing regional customer base Analyzing price decreases & suspended business on the regional customer base
- Build professional relationships with the Chief Sales and Customer Care Officer, Regional Executive, Key Accounts Manager & Sales Consultants 6 Communicating annual price increases
- Achieve set objectives, goals & targets
- Handle all sales-related tickets
- Build professional relationships with the existing regional accounts and visit regional customer base at least once per month
- Ensure all installations are fully completed
- Ensure regional accounts administration procedures are updated and loaded on B.I.
- Complete weekly call sheets
- Update price lists
- Update schedules
- Handle and resolve all queries from the regional customer base
- Plan monthly & weekly activities
- Liaise with customers per telephone
- Re-signing & upgrading customers
- Working towards annual incentives
- Quoting & closing off of sales
- Completing all sales administration paperwork accurately
- Grade 12 and Diploma or qualification in Sales Management will be advantage
- Minimum of 5 years proven Sales/Management experience in the direct selling Industry
