We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our clients team in Pretoria East.
This is an in-office position, but regular travel to various provinces would be required.
About this role:
Our client is a leading medication adherence company offering services to pharmacies in South Africa. The Key Account Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote solutions to pharmacies.
Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in a related field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales.
• Own car and valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and proactively.
• Proficient in using virtual communication tools for remote collaboration.

Key Accountabilities:

• Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in pharmacies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our solutions, benefits, and value propositions.
• Travel extensively to visit pharmacy clients and potential clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, and key stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for pharmacy clients.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and related insights.
• Utilize data and feedback to improve sales strategies and approaches continuously.
