The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth, ensure client satisfaction, and meet or exceed sales targets. They would work closely with the BDM. Team Leader and ECs as well as cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve strategic objectives.
