Dr. Oetker South Africa is looking for a talented

Key Account Manager

to join our team.

As a Key Account Manager, you are accountable for growing sales across South Africa in line with the Dr. Oetker and Chateaux Gateau growth strategy. You will support the customer and shopper (channel) strategy needed to achieve our growth targets.

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS



Support the execution of a sales strategy which is aligned with the route to market priorities set by categories and delivers on growth targets for your customer base Work closely with buyers to strengthen our relationships and go to market plans, monitor competitor activity, and identify opportunities to increase sales applying a customer centric approach Drive the customer and shopper marketing agenda Analyse market data to make informed decisions which will result in achieving specific objectives Recommend innovation relevant to your customers, having detailed input into the NPD process Monitor promotion effectiveness (ROI) and take corrective action where required Manage operations, sales and merchandising partners to ensure sales and execution targets are met and service levels are maintained Work with Supply Chain, providing input into the forecasting and demand planning process

Minimum Required Experience & Qualification



5+ years experience in the retail FMCG trade with a proven track record of achieving targets Relevant tertiary qualification Highly proficient user of MS Office Suite ( Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
