Job Description


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and business retention.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within new accounts.
  • Manage promotions and associated budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to align business strategies and meet customer needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Deliver presentations, proposals, and account reviews to key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize business success.
  • Track key performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Grade 12
  • Bachelor of Commerce Degree (or equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum of two years of work-related experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth and success in key account management.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also excelling in a team-oriented environment.
  • A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent mental numeracy skills
