What you'll be doing
Managing client quote inboxes and acknowledging requests within agreed SLAs
Logging quotes and maintenance jobs accurately in our job management system (eWorks)
Preparing straightforward quotes for approval
Monitoring and actioning new jobs, client portal requests, and updates
Chasing access details, photos, purchase orders, and other missing information
Supporting Client Account Managers with admin, coordination, and client communications
Handling overflow phone calls and ensuring all actions are logged correctly
What we're looking for
Experience in
property maintenance, facilities management, construction admin, or a service desk role
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills
Confident working to deadlines and SLAs
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience using CRM or job management systems (desirable)
