With extremely knowledgeable Sales Specialists and Product Managers supported by Jupidex branches and our extensive dealer networks, Jupidex aims to provide a professional service to the farmers in Southern Africa. Jupidex is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading the Jupidex sales team to reach sales revenue and profitability objectives by training; coaching; evaluating and adjusting sales team performance and developing strategies that drive sales. Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers (Dealers and individual Key Account Customers). 1. RESPONSIBILITIES 1.1.Development and execution of Sales Budget

  • Manage, coach, control & motivate the sales force to develop their skills
  • Give regular feedback on performance against budget.
  • Implement immediate corrective actions where deviations occur.
  • Develop and manage the annual Sales Budget & ensure objectives are met
  • Implement and manage a sales plan for each Segment Lead
  • Execute against set revenue and profit objectives
  • Provide support to Segment Leads to help generate leads and close new deals
. 1.2.Sales & Marketing Actions
  • Manage relationships with KAC, dealers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs
  • Manage actions and activities to promote the brand and products
  • regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Assess current business distribution channels, develop, and evaluate their performance, and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
  • Manage Sales & Marketing plans.
  • Manage Deep Customer Understanding Process
1.3.Stock Management
  • Manage the show and demo agreement/policy
  • Liaise with the Wholegoods Department regarding the delivery of stock items
  • Ensure that stock in our portfolio is visible and maintained as per company-specific policies and procedures.
  • Manage the delivery and commissioning process of equipment.
1.4.Administration
  • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, industry trends, and competitor activities
  • Manage expenses in a very disciplined fashion.
  • Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities
  • Open communication to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).


REQUIREMENTS: Education: Min: Post-Matric Certificate/Diploma Ideal: Degree in agriculture/business/marketing or a related field
Legal Requirements: Valid Driverxe2x80x99s License. Police Clearance
Training: On-the-job training, Computer Skills on Word & EXCEL
Experience: High level of product application knowledge - 5-10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
