They're scaling rapidly and building an in-house content engine to support worldwide growth. They value independence, curiosity, and an engineering mindset -- and they're looking for a digital-first creative who's excited about shaping smart, modern content.
What the job involves..
Conceptualising and crafting digital-first content (mostly social + multimedia)
Designing across Figma and Adobe Suite with strong digital visual craft
Developing concepts and bringing them to life through dynamic execution
Working as a hybrid: hands-on designer + conceptual thinker
Experimenting with AI image/video tools to boost creative output
Collaborating with content, marketing and product teams
Iterating fast and problem-solving creatively
What you need to be considered..
2+ years' experience as a Digital Designer / Art Director
Strong digital craft with a great eye for layout, typography and modern design
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop and the Adobe Suite
Experience using AI tools for images and/or video
Animation or illustration skills are a big bonus
HTML exposure is useful but not required
Ability to work independently, take feedback well and push ideas further
Excellent attention to detail -- clean files, sharp execution, no typos
Bonus points if you..
Have fintech, SaaS or B2B experience
Can create simple motion pieces or micro-animations
Enjoy experimenting with emerging formats and tools
