? About the Role
We're on the lookout for a Junior to Mid-Level BIM Drafter to support the documentation and coordination of technology-rich environments. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (or ready to take the next step) who brings a solid foundation in Revit and architectural drafting.
You'll work closely with experienced AV designers, engineers, and project managers to produce detailed technical drawings-plans, sections, elevations, and more. If you've got experience in MEP or AV layouts, great! If not, we'll help you get there.
?? What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models and drawings for AVL systems.
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans to extract coordination data.
• Assist with model reviews, markups, and drawing updates to meet evolving project requirements.
• Participate in coordination workflows (including clash detection using Navisworks or Revizto).
• Support compliance with BIM standards, model structure, and documentation protocols.
• Contribute to internal drawing libraries and help refine BIM workflows.

? What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years' experience in Revit drafting or BIM roles (internship/project experience also considered).
• Working knowledge of:

o Autodesk Revit
o AutoCAD
o Navisworks (Manage or Freedom)

• Understanding of architectural/technical drawing conventions.
• Ability to work from markups and translate concepts into clean, clear documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering Tech, or a related field.
• Familiarity with cloud-based BIM platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud).

• Experience with AV or MEP coordination.
• Understanding of AV-specific layouts (device mounting, cable paths, rack elevations).
• Skills in SketchUp, Rhino, Dynamo, DiRoot, or other visual modeling tools.
