A Tech company that provides Internet, Voice over IP Tech, Web hosting, CCTV Camera Solutions and IT Support to their clients is looking for a Junior Wireless Installer to join their team in Thabazimbi, Limpopo

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification
Valid driver's license
Experience in Mikrotik and Ubiquiti
Computer and IT literate
Hands-on experience with WiFi internet installations
Background in CCTV installations (bonus)
Ability to perform repairs and troubleshoot connections
Proficient in the configuration of networking equipment
Physical capability to climb ladders and work at heights

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct WiFi internet installations, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Utilize expertise in CCTV, incorporating a background in installations to enhance security solutions.
Diagnose and perform repairs, effectively troubleshooting connections to maintain seamless operations.
Configure and set up equipment with precision, adhering to technical specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide customized solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and configurations for future reference.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all installations and maintenance activities, including work at heights.
