This position is ideal for a creative and tech-savvy individual who is passionate about video production, with a willingness to learn and grow in digital content creation and AI tools. The role has a strong focus on assisting with video editing, filming, and post-production due to increased content demandsWorking hours:
- Monday: 07:30 19:00
- Tuesday Thursday: 07:30 17:00
- Friday 07:30 13:00Minimum requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Animation, or Digital Media
• Basic experience in video production and editing
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and Photoshop
• Interest in learning AI tools like Synthesia, ChatGPT, and Articulate (training will be provided)
• Exposure to e-learning platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, or Teachable is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and a visual storytelling mindset
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Assist with filming, editing, and preparing video content for e-learning modules, social media, and promotional purposes
• Support podcast creation including setup, basic editing, and publishing
• Work with brand templates to design social media content and visual assets
• Edit short-form content such as reels, video snippets, and highlight reels
• Help optimise videos for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and internal LMS
• Organise and maintain a video content library
• Support the use of AI-driven tools (e.g., voiceovers, video automation, text-to-speech, animation) training provided
• Upload and manage content on e-learning platforms under guidance
• Stay current with video trends, editing techniques, and best practices
