We are seeking a

Junior Trade Marketing Coordinator

to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving brand consistency and excellence across all store environments. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, proactive marketer who thrives in fast-paced retail and FMCG settings.

About the Role

As a Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning and delivery of national and local marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across stores. You'll manage marketing materials, assist with promotions, and coordinate new store openings, revamps, and relocations. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll be the link that ensures campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain brand presence and consistency across all store environments (corporate, high-street, FMCG, forecourts). Ensure in-store excellence by managing print materials, digital content, and playlists. Conduct regular store visits to assess execution standards and identify marketing opportunities. Coordinate national campaigns, local promotions, and assist in conceptualisation and rollout. Manage store collateral spreadsheets, track monthly marketing drops, and oversee distribution. Facilitate communication between Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Operations, store teams, Franchise Partners, suppliers, and centre management. Handle courier logistics, marketing orders, and monthly invoicing. Support project management of campaigns, seasonal launches, and ad hoc initiatives. Coordinate marketing for new store openings, revamps, and relocations. Maintain administrative systems and official communication channels (memos, GTM notices, WhatsApp updates, supplier liaison).

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field Minimum of 2 years' experience in trade marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Sheets. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
