Junior to Mid-level Graphic Designer

Full-time | Based at Forza Sports Accessories HQ, Diep River, Cape Town.

We have an exciting full-time position available at Forza Sports Accessories. We are looking for a Junior to Mid-level Graphic Designer to join our energetic, creative, and fast-paced team.

This role would suit someone who is motivated, well-organised, and embraces a healthy, active lifestyle.

Summary

As a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be creating designs for product listings on our website, as well as e-commerce platforms such as Takealot and Amazon.

Other responsibilities will include packaging design, product photography, creative marketing designs, and enhancing the brand identity in the e-commerce space.

What your role would be

Designing clean, consistent, and on-brand product listings for online marketplaces including Shopify, Takealot, and Amazon. Enhancing product photos with text overlays and infographics. Making required changes until a design is approved. Collaborating with the content and marketing teams to align visuals with product messaging. Managing your workflow to ensure all deadlines are met. Updating and enhancing existing product listings. Designing packaging for new and existing products. Product photography and editing - lightbox and outdoor product shots. Creating marketing materials for in-store merchandising and online platforms. Collaborating with the marketing, product, and content teams to bring concepts to life. Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Excellent communication skills are essential Ability to follow exact design instructions according to a brief Ability to work and resolve issues independently Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and willingness to learn Good organisational and time management skills Be an excellent team player and fit in with the rest of the team.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design (BA Degree or Diploma) Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a graphic design position. An interest in sports and the retail industry will be advantageous.

Work Environment

Forza Sports Accessories Head Office, Diep River, Cape Town

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Salary

We pay competitive, market-related salaries based on skills and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R15000,00 - R20000,00 per month
