A leading Telkom Business Dealership is seeking energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused individuals to join our sales team as Junior Telecommunications Sales Agents. Youll be representing Telkom Business, offering a wide range of products and services including mobile, fixed-line, fibre, cloud, and voice solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and engage new SME clients
Sell Telkom Business products and services based on customer needs
Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Accurately maintain sales records and customer details in CRM systems
Stay informed about Telkom product offerings, promotions, and industry trends
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A proactive, goal-driven attitude
Professional appearance and conduct
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not essential
Own transport and valid drivers license
