Job Description

We are looking for an Junior Technician or Wireman to join our team. This is a junior-level role in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, where technical expertise and composure are essential.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 3 years' proven technical experience in the security industry Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage-difficult client situations professionally Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure Drivers Lisence Knowledge of CCTV installations would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex installations, repairs, and system upgrades Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues promptly and effectively Collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain high-quality service delivery, even in challenging scenarios
