Junior Technician

Do you have an interest in 3D Printers? Do you like to take things apart to figure out how they work? Then this job is for you!
We are looking for a junior technician to join our support team. The responsibilities of a technician consist of 2 main areas: customer support and to repair machines.
Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist customers in the shopfront, via phone, email and chat
Repair of machines (3D printers, CNC machines and/or laser machines)
Administration related to technical work
Feedback on work progress
Housekeeping of work area and tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R7000,00 - R11500,00 per month
