THE GIG - WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You're not just a button pusher. You're an optimizer, innovator, and enabler
You'll:
Design and run dashboards, reports, and data exports that bring real clarity (Power BI fans, we see you)
Maintain and improve workflows in Fraxion--vendor setups, segment config, workflow mapping, system tweaks
Collaborate with creditors and internal teams to keep our financial ecosystem humming
Onboard and train new team members (especially interns--we LOVE growing our own talent)
Spot inefficiencies like a hawk and implement automation like a ninja
Dive into systems analysis, Excel databases, Visio process flows, and integration projects
Help us reduce manual tasks and increase reporting accuracy--every single day
What we need to see from you:
A Diploma or Degree in Financial Information Systems (or something similar and awesome).
A love for dashboards, workflows, and all things process-related.
Strong skills in Excel, Visio, and bonus points if you know Power BI or Python.
An analytical mind + attention to detail
A passion for automation, systems, and continuous improvement.
The ability to translate business needs into systems functionality--like a bilingual interpreter for tech and finance.
