Junior Structural Engineer Position: Full-Time

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Structural Engineer to join our team full-time. Key Responsibilities (with mentorship):

Assist in preparing design calculations, drawings, and construction documentation. Learn to perform site visits, shop drawing reviews, and respond to contractor queries under supervision. Support senior engineers in collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors. Participate in structural inspections and basic construction administration tasks. Engage in ongoing learning and development within the field of structural engineering.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (completed or nearing completion). 0-2 years of professional experience in a structural engineering or consulting environment. Exposure to structural design software such as Prokon, Tekla Structural Designer, AutoCAD, or Revit (coursework or internship-based experience acceptable) or equivalent tech qualifications. Strong interest in reinforced concrete and structural steel design.
Preferred (but not required):

Internship or part-time experience in structural design or engineering consulting. Working knowledge of drafting and 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Tekla. Interest in eventually registering as a Candidate Engineer (ECSA) and working toward Pr.Eng.
