We are in search of a young and creative CHEF TOURNANT / JUNIOR SOUS CHEF who shows true initiative and determination in pursuing his/her dream in the culinary arts. While the food is described as "casually elegant" , production methods and culinary techniques used are advanced and require a chef's full attention and focus.

Recognised 1 or 2 years FULL-TIME Cheffing Qualification.
/p
p
Minimum 3-years' experience within a 5* hotel or leading fine dining team.
/p
p
Comfortable running and rotating between the three main sections of the kitchen.
/p
p
Ability to engineer and create individual courses as needed create your own list of purchases daily.
/p
p
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to HOST guests for evening Lodge service.
/p
p
Must be PASSIONATE about food, know your basics, display a positive attitude and truly excited about your cheffing career and goals.
