Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C#, or similar) - your engine
Database and SQL expertise - the fuel system
Experience with version control (Git) - your steering and telemetry
Exposure to Agile/Scrum - the race strategy
Debugging and problem-solving - your pit stop crew
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - the track surface where you compete
Ability to deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code under pressure
Qualification:
A relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field keeps you licensed.
Minimum 2-4 years' solid experience ensures you can handle the straights and the corners.
