Junior Security Supervisor 5 Star Hotel– Franschhoek
Job Description
Supervising the security team and daily operations
Patrolling the property and checking surveillance equipment
Responding to emergencies, incidents, and health or safety risks
Carrying out and supporting safety drills and training
Reporting and investigating any security or safety incidents
Helping reduce risks, damage, and losses
Ensuring guest and employee confidentiality is always maintained
Supporting a safe and secure working environment for all staff and visitors
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory security role
PSIRA registered
Valid driver's license
Firearm competency (advantageous but not required)
Good communication and observation skills
Calm under pressure, with the ability to act quickly and think clearly
Able to work well with others and support team performance
Matric (Grade 12)
A formal security qualification is a plus
Basic computer and management knowledge
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment
Between 3 - 5 Years
