Job Description
TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Junior Salesman (Parts) within the Trade Division at Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal.
Job Summary
This role involves supporting the sales manager with daily operations, including administration, preparing quotations and invoices, and assisting with stock control. The Junior Salesman is also responsible for ensuring customer care and satisfaction through effective service and support.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist the manager in supervision of all the activities and services General administration Generate quotations to clients Generate invoices to clients Customer care and satisfaction Assist with stock taking and stock control
Qualifications and Skills
Matric / Grade 12 Computer literate Valid drivers' license Experience in agricultural parts sales Must be a dynamic and self-motivated individual Sound knowledge of parts sales Be professional Be passionate about sales Have customer service expertise Good interpersonal and communication skills Sound product knowledge and selling skills
