Schedule and support product demonstrations and client meetings.
Prepare customised proposals and presentations for client and interdepartmental.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Develop a strong understanding of Amplifis AI marketing platform.
Communicate product benefits clearly to clients.
Stay updated on new features and industry developments to inform sales conversations.
Work closely with team members to support deal closures.
Provide feedback from clients to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends.
Identify opportunities for growth in untapped real estate segments.
Track and report on sales metrics, campaign performance, data and KPIs.
Contribute to weekly/monthly sales meetings with updates and insights.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
0 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
The ideal candidate will need to have a strong interest in real estate, developments, marketing technology, and AI and an eagerness to learn and grow in a faced-paced startup environment.
Experience with CRM tools, digital communication and social media platforms.
Basic understanding of AI and Automation Tools.
Familiarity with Social Media Platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook LinkedIn).
Digital Advertising Concepts (e.g., paid ads, targeting, analytics).
