Job Summary
JUNIOR SALES REP & EDUCATOR (SKIN CARE)
Sandton (Johannesburg) GAUTENG | South Africa (ZA)
START: 01 October 2025 / ASAP
REPORT TO: Sales Manager & Finance Director / CEO
HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:30 - 16:30
• Company closes over the Christmas & New Year period (dates may vary)

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• Basic Salary per month
• Company Cell Phone / Telephone for business calls only
• Travel allowance for out of region travel
• Monthly product allocation (3x products of your choice)
• Commission & Performance incentives
• COST TO COMPANY R15,000 p/m before commission
• Earning potential of R30,000+

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Skin Care & Aesthetics confident with relevant qualification in Health & Skin Care / Somatology or Dermal Aesthetics
• Must be confident speaking English & Afrikaans (bi-lingual)
• Be able to travel out of province to outlining areas for a week at a time when operationally required (average of 8 full weeks per year)
• Based centrally in Johannesburg or ease of travel to Sandton (office)
• Own, reliable vehicle with insurance & valid driver license
• Professionally groomed and highly presentable

QUALIFICATIONS: * Matric Certificate / Grade 12

• Accredited qualification in Health & Skin Care / Beauty / Somatology
• CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds accredited (any of)
• BONUS - Certified Assessor, Facilitator or Moderator / Educating

ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE: * At least 2+ years in a similar role (Sales / Administration / Business or Education)

• Confident in your knowledge of Skin Care & Advanced ingredients
• Prior employment in the Skin Care & Wellness industry is required
• Punctual & timely
• Confident in Afrikaans & English (Read & Speak) - professional correspondence is required
• Able to build a lasting rapport with clients
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Up to date with beauty & skin care trends
• Structured and meticulous
• Offer product training to qualified skin care professionals
• Assist our full time sales force with processing internal sales
• Assist and facilitate expo's and trade shows
