The Junior Sales Agent is responsible for assisting the management, and growth of Call Centre partnerships to drive sales performance, product sell-through, and brand visibility. The role focuses on performance analysis, training, reporting, stakeholder management, and close collaboration with internal teams.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with establishing new relationships and identify new Call Centres to support sales growth.
Assist with analysing Call Centre performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, providing insights and recommendations.
Assist with driving sell-through of all company products across Call Centre partners.
Conduct monthly and quarterly training sessions on New Product Introductions (NPIs).
Submit weekly Purchase, Sales & Inventory (PSI) reports
Assist with measuring return on investment (ROI) on financial investments versus sales uplift.
Work closely with the Marketing team to increase brand visibility and awareness.
Assist with developing and managing monthly and quarterly promotional and marketing calendars.
Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and ongoing collaboration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field
2+ years' experience in as a Brand Ambassador within Telecommunications (non-negotiable).
Valid Drivers License (Code 8) with a reliable car (non - negotiable)
Good relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Good communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience in sales reporting and data analysis
Ability to present data logically
