We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic

Junior Sales Advisor

to join our team. This entry-level role is suited to someone who is actively building their experience in the automotive industry and is eager to learn about automotive products, sales processes, and customer service. The role focuses on supporting daily sales operations, assisting customers in-store, and maintaining high shop standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the shop and provide assistance as needed. Load customer information and sales details onto the system Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. Ensure that the shop is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times. Check stock against invoices to ensure correct products are issued to customers Carry out general sales support and administrative duties as required

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) Minimum 1 year experience in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role Currently studying towards, or having a strong interest in, the automotive industry Basic computer literacy (POS systems & email) Good verbal communication and customer service skills Attention to detail, especially when handling stock and invoices Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales processes Honest, reliable, and punctual

Advantageous (but not essential)

Automotive-related studies, training, or certifications Previous exposure to automotive parts, oils, or retail environments
