At least 2 years relevant working experiences preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience in Pastel Evolution

MS Office literate incl. Excel for spreadsheets.

Educational requirements:

Minimum of 2 experience in Manufacturing industry and Pastel Evolution.

Administrator Duties:

1. Receiving and file sales order in accordance with the production schedule

2. Manufacturing of all sale orders received.

3. Compiling of picking slips generated.

4. Generate cutting sheets were applicable

5. Recording all pickings onto the Daily Master Picking sheet. Issue to the relevant

departments and ensure that receipt thereof is recorded.

6. Check physical stock balances against system were required.

7. Requesting and following up on outstanding picking slips.

8. Document paperwork received and still required. Communicate to all relevant

parties.

9. Complete manufacturing process and proceed with invoicing.

10. Liaise with textile and assembly dept regarding orderxe2x80x99s to be completed and

possible completion before COB every day.

11. Answering of phones and assisting / resolving queries received
