Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and curious Junior RF Engineer to support the design, testing, and optimization of RF systems and components. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers looking to develop hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
? Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, simulation, and testing of RF circuits, antennas, and wireless systems.
- Perform laboratory measurements using spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, and related RF test equipment.
- Support troubleshooting and optimization of RF performance in existing and new products.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop prototypes, test plans, and technical documentation.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare engineering reports and presentations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of RF processes and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Basic understanding of RF theory, microwave engineering, and wireless communication principles.
- Familiarity with RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience using lab measurement equipment during coursework or internships preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
