Job Description
Responsibilities
To provide a professional, efficient, and effective service to support the general functioning of the business.
Welcome and greet customers. Informing customers about sales, promotions, and policies. Recommend and display the items to the customers according to their taste and style. Maintain the quality of services provided to the customers. Maintain friendly and good relations with the customers. Manage point-of-sale processes. Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments. Keep up to date with product information. Accurately describe product features and benefits. Follow all company policies and procedures. Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner. Provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Maintain a fully stocked store. Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store. Receiving, unpacking, and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors. Arranging and labeling goods in the display shelves. Pricing, labeling, and barcoding when needed.
Skills and Requirements
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
