Key Responsibilities:

??? Support the Senior Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant
/p

? Assist in supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
/p
p
? Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
/p
p
? Help manage staff scheduling and monitor timekeeping
/p
p
? Participate in stock control, ordering, and inventory checks
/p
p
? Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards
/p
p
? Handle basic customer complaints professionally and efficiently
/p
p
? Assist with the implementation of company procedures and operational standards
/p
p
? Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and timely service
/p

? Provide leadership and motivation to junior staff members

Requirements:

? 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or junior management role
/p
p
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Strong customer service orientation
/p

? Basic understanding of restaurant operations and financial controls

? Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

? Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the role

? Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and general computer literacy
